• We ship WORLDWIDE, please contact us directly for quotes on shipments to Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska and all Other Countries OUTSIDE of the USA.

• For quotes please send us a message with the following info:

• Address, Phone number, Business Name.

• Is this a Residential or Commercial address? (shipping to a business is a lot cheaper in some cases.) 

• PLEASE NOTE if this is a Commercial address, access to a Loading Dock or Forklift is MANDATORY. 

• Buyer is Responsible for the Cost of Return Shipping & Handling.

• For freight shipments, upon delivery, please do not sign the release documents without fully inspecting the outer packaging for noticeable signs of damage. The freight companies will not let you open up the packaging prior to signing the documents, therefore, you must note any signs of damage based on the external packaging. Shipping insurance is provided by the freight company, not by Turbo Tingz. If you sign the form and do not note any possible damages, the freight company will be relieved of all responsibilities and you will not be reimbursed for any damages done to your shipment caused during shipping.  You must notify Turbo Tingz of any damages caused by mis-handling during shipping. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN THE RELEASE FORM OR LET THE DRIVER LEAVE WITHOUT FIRST INSPECTING THE PACKAGING FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGES.    

• No item will be accepted for returns after the warranty period has elapsed. 

• Any items returned within 14 days, and are not warranty related issues will be charged 20% restocking fee. (example: An item no longer needed or purchased the wrong item)

• Items must be in the same condition it was sold and fully assembled.  

• We must receive all of the parts that were included in the sale for the warranty to be valid. (THE RETURNED ITEM MUST MATCH THE ORIGINAL PICTURES)
