If you sign the form and do not note any possible damages, the freight company will be relieved of all responsibilities and you will not be reimbursed for any damages done to your shipment caused during shipping.  You must notify Turbo Tingz of any damages caused by mis-handling during shipping. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN THE RELEASE FORM OR LET THE DRIVER LEAVE WITHOUT FIRST INSPECTING THE PACKAGING FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGES.    


Returns

  • No item will be accepted for returns after the warranty period has elapsed. 

  • Any items returned within 14 days, and are not warranty related issues will be charged 20% restocking fee. (example: An item no longer needed or purchased the wrong item)

  • Items must be in the same condition it was sold and fully assembled.  

  • We must receive all of the parts that were included in the sale for the warranty to be valid. (THE RETURNED ITEM MUST MATCH THE ORIGINAL PICTURES)
